Khaled Hussein
Born in the Qamishli, Syria lives in Basel, worked as a doctor of contemporary Arabic literature at the University of Damascus branch of Swaida until 2013. He published a number of critique books: Poetry of the place in the new novel in 2000, Title Theory 2007, Signal issues: from encoding to interpretation 2008, Convictions of interpretation 2014.
Haitham Katreb
Born in Salameh, Hama, 1955. He was arrested in 1982 because of his political affiliation. After the revolution started in Syria he gets arrested again for 75 days, so he left his peaceful town and went back to Damascus where he starts teaching music & art of dumping in radio and television.
